该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary: A general overview of the position Take full charge of supply chain management including material planning, production planning, import/export, DC and warehouse, to support plant objectives, goals and business growing. Smooth supply chain from supplier to customer, to continue drive the cost reduction in whole material follow. Focus on executing the LFOS operating objectives of S&OP development & deployment and delivery/inventory. About the Job 61 Drive material cost and logistics cost continue reduction. (for example, reasonable MOQ, replenishment frequency, WIP control, safety stock, EDI agreement, forecast accuracy…). 61 Make logistics highly efficient and fully support raw materials/finished goods… 61 Manage warehouse and overall inventory be highly accurate and lowest inventory level through 4 walls concept. 61 Manage, coordinate, and develop teams and processes to execute S&OP meetings to support the decision-making process behind critical actions that drive short & mid-term decision making on staffing, prioritized allocation of resources, and quarterly/monthly sales forecast achievement. 61 Maintain & analyze the MRP load of demand planning forecasts. Analyze demand trends and statistical forecasts that may impact supply plan. 61 Work together with souring team on re-souring, localization and back-up supplier solution. establish long-term win-win partnership with key vendors 61 Propose supply chain strategy to management, contribute to company annual business plan and strategy setup. 61 Consolidate and coordinate information flow to support the longer term Plant capacity planning decision making process. 61 Buildup, coach and develop the team to be professional and high performance 61 Manage departmental budget, cost control and manpower staffing 61 Involve and support the culture of ongoing learning and best practice deployment in whole factory. 61 Provide report to management as demanded 61 Other assigned task and projects. About You 61 Bachelor’s and or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent field. 61 8-15 years Semiconductor Planning/Logistics/Supply Chain/warehouse experience. 61 Result driving, good at problem solving. 61 Effective verbal and written communications 61 Strong communication skill, teamwork, open mind, high customer satisfaction oriented. 61 Skilled in ERP/MRP, Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Access…) 61 Strong data analytical skill 61 Good project/time management knowledge61 Self-motivated, Work hard, steadfastly and carefully
