Your New RoleReporting directly to the CEO, you will serve on the executive committee and lead the full HR function. This is a highly strategic mandate with a focus on:Designing and delivering an integrated HR strategy aligned with business growth and future organisational needsPartnering closely with the CEO, EXCO and Board on people strategy, workforce planning, and organisational directionStrengthening culture, shaping leadership behaviours, and rebuilding engagement across the businessProviding strategic guidance and coaching to senior leaders and the broader managerial cohortLeading talent management, organisational development, performance management, total rewards, and succession planningDriving transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI-enabled HR workflows and new ways of working across the organisationBuilding a positive, empowered, and high-impact HR function that is respected as a trusted partner to the business What You Will Need to SucceedExperience & LeadershipSignificant senior HR leadership experience within complex, highly regulated organisationsStrong exposure to financial services (banking, asset management, insurance or related environments preferred)Demonstrated ability to work with Boards, Group functions, and matrix reporting structuresCredibility and confidence engaging senior leaders and driving strategic influence at EXCO level.
