Join us!Reporting directly to the Associate Director, Talent Management & Development (TM&D), the Manager will be a critical team member who translates our talent strategy into measurable impact across the organization. This high-impact role requires a hands-on expert who can own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of all Learning & Development (L&D) solutions, foster a strong learning culture, and ensure the flawless operation of core Talent Management projects.This is the ideal role for an individual with a strong foundation in L&D strategy and execution, a passion for developing people, and a clear desire to grow into a strategic leader within the broader Talent Management domain.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Development & Culture (Including L&D)Needs assessment, content creation, cultural change, and building a future-ready, high-performance organization.Needs Assessment & Strategy: Based on business objectives and people strategy, assess and prioritize learning needs to meet both short-term performance goals and long-term capability requirements. This includes identifying and closing future skill gaps, such as those related to AI proficiency and digital transformation, to ensure workforce readiness.Competency, Core Values & Culture manifestation: Continue to facilitate initiatives to build continuous behavior changes, drive and reinforce the required competencies within business functions and desired culture across Klook.L&D Co-Creation & Design: Proactively partner with business unit leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to identify critical skill gaps and co-create bespoke, high-impact learning solutions. Design and develop learning programs and content that directly address business objectives and drive operational/functional excellence. Onboarding Program Management: Own the operational execution and continuous improvement of the core employee Onboarding program to ensure a consistent and effective cultural and procedural introduction for all new hires.Collaboration & Improvement: Collaborate with HRBPs and the rest of the People & Culture team as we change and improve several people management practices and processes.Learning & Career PathInnovative delivery of learning, fostering internal mobility, and supporting employee growth frameworks.Innovative Capability Building: Ensure learning application by employing innovative scalable capability building methods that go beyond the classroom. This includes self-directed learning, technology-based learning, learning on the job, mobile learning, learning community, and utilizing testing and monitoring to track effectiveness. A significant amount of internal communication and stakeholders engagement will be required to promote these resources.Facilitation & Coaching: Teach facilitators and co-facilitate with managers and HRBPs to build internal capabilities and scale program delivery.Internal Mobility & Career Resources: Develop, maintain, and promote resources and tools that help employees and managers navigate internal Career Pathing and support meaningful Mobility discussions and processes for growth and movement within the company.Leadership Development Support: Coordinate and manage the logistical execution and communication for foundational Leadership Development programs, ensuring smooth scheduling and resource allocation across global teams.Talent ProjectsOperational oversight and execution of the company's core annual talent management cycles.Core Talent Cycle Execution: Own the operational deployment, project planning, communication, and administration for key annual Talent Management cycles, including the company-wide Performance Management process and the annual Talent Review/Succession Planning process.Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all talent data within P&C systems. Generate, compile, and analyze reports on key talent metrics (e.g., performance rating distribution, completion rates, talent mobility) to provide actionable insights for the Associate Director.Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the primary operational contact for HRBPs and business leaders regarding the execution of talent projects, providing clear, consistent guidance on process steps, system use, and required timelines.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 6+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development or Organizational Development. Industry: Proven experience in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed organization.Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, able to work with system data, compile reports, and draw actionable insights to measure program success.Business Partnership: Ability to quickly understand business objectives and partner with leaders to translate them into practical, measurable learning and talent solutions.Global Mindset: Significant experience designing and deploying programs for a global, cross-cultural workforce.Execution Excellence: A proven track record of managing and successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects or annual Talent/L&D cycles on time and with impeccable quality.Passion for Talent & Learning: A clear, expressed interest in both the operational excellence of Talent Management processes and the innovative delivery of Learning & Development programs.Agility: Flexibly adapt to the needs of various groups and locations.
