In this full-time, on-site position, you’ll lead the visual language of our productions, crafting striking imagery, designing lighting schemes that breathe life into stories, and ensuring seamless visual continuity across diverse formats.You’ll collaborate closely with directors, producers, and editorial teams to deliver cinematic, broadcast-ready visuals that meet global standards. From field shoots to studio productions, your work will shape how millions experience our storytelling.Key Responsibilities • Operate professional broadcast and cinema-grade cameras with mastery and confidence. • Lead visual planning for productions, including lighting design, shot composition, and camera movement. • Ensure visual consistency, accuracy, and aesthetic excellence across all filming environments. • Work hand-in-hand with directors and production leads to translate creative vision into compelling visual output. • Oversee technical aspects of shoots, including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and on-set coordination. • Manage footage quality, ensuring optimal standards for post-production workflows. • Added Advantage: Competence in non-linear editing (NLE) and familiarity with post-production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.Qualifications • Proven expertise in camera operation and advanced cinematography techniques. • Solid experience across video and film production, including studio and field environments. • Strong command of lighting design, particularly for television, documentary, and cinematic formats. • Exceptional eye for detail, visual storytelling, and creative interpretation. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate under pressure. • Working knowledge of editing software and post-production workflows is a strong plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Digital Media, or a related discipline is preferred.Note: This vacancy will remain open for one week.
