Number of Openings: 1Closing Date: 5 December 2025Responsibilities:Manage building maintenance, administration and operations functions of a state-of-the-art laboratory facility.Monitor and facilitate the Centre’s compliance with building codes, Health, Safety, Environment and Security policies and standards.Oversee the planning and execution of renovations and repairs.Manage contractors, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget and up to facility standards.Develop and maintain emergency response plans, evacuation routes, and preparedness activities.Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance, operations, and infrastructure projects.Qualification & Work Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field and registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).At least 7 years of experience in building and infrastructure maintenance.Professional registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or Project Management Professional (PMP), is an added advantage.Professional certification in Health, Safety, Environment, and/or Security is preferred.Why work with us?
