Civil Projects Engineer – Luxury Villa Projects (Arabic Speaker)

Position OverviewBG Group Company is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Project Engineer who will oversee and manage the engineering components of high-end residential luxury villa projects. The role demands someone who understands the intricacies of villa construction and can ensure technical accuracy and execution excellence in all phases of the project.Responsibilities:Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Supervise construction phases and monitor progress against timelines.Resolve design and site-related technical issues in coordination with consultants.Coordinate procurement of materials and resources.Prepare project reports and updates for stakeholders.Assist in preparing as-built documentation and handover reports.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.5+ years of experience, preferably with UAE-based luxury villa projects.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering software.Strong site supervision and quality control skills.Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
