Civil engineeringSAASA B2E is recruiting on behalf of our client in the construction and building sector for 02 Civils Supervisors. ResponsibilitiesSite supervision: Manage and monitor daily activities on the site, ensuring that the work complies with the plans and technical specifications. Team coordination: Lead and coordinate the teams of workers (masons, laborers, etc. ), ensuring that everyone understands their tasks and performs them correctly. Quality control: Check the quality of the materials used and ensure that the work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Resource management:

Ensure that the necessary materials and equipment are available and properly utilized throughout the project. Progress tracking: Monitor the progress of the work, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met. Identify and resolve any issues that could hinder the smooth execution of the project. Stakeholder communication: Maintain regular communication with engineers, architects, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure proper coordination of the project. Site safety: Ensure the safety of workers and make sure all safety procedures are followed. Report and address any hazardous situations. Reporting and documentation:

Prepare regular progress reports, document inspections and issues encountered, and keep the project files up to dateRequirementsMin Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Min 5 years experience in supervising construction works, with a strong understanding of civil engineering techniques and standards. Strong team management and communication skills. Knowledge of construction management tools and methods. Proficiency in safety standards on construction sites
