In this role, you’ll oversee professional, facility, and institutional claims under full Knox-Keene risk, provide leadership and direction to claim examiners, and manage appeal, PDR, and reopening processes for Choice Physician Network and affiliated groups. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, monitor production and audit metrics, support system optimization, and uphold DMHC, CMS, and industry standards.
