Technology Advisor / Client AdvocatePosition OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Account Manager to join our sales team in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area. This role focuses on building strong client relationships and driving sales of our innovative technology solutions. The Account Executive will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving sales targets while gaining valuable experience in sales.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and engage prospective clients in the Harrisburg region, utilizing cold calling, networking, and lead generation techniques.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by understanding client business needs and challenges.Present and demonstrate our products and solutions in a way that clearly addresses customer requirements.Manage the entire sales process — from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and closing.Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to optimize sales and meet customer expectations.Develop detailed sales proposals, quotes, and agreements tailored to client needs.Stay current on industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging technology to provide informed insights and solutions.Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.At least 2 years of sales experience, with preference for technology sales or a related industry. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong negotiation ability.Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong work ethic.Capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.Skills & AttributesResults-driven with a passion for technology and sales.Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative sales approach.Analytical thinker who stays abreast of industry developments.Collaborative team player with a client-focused attitude.Adaptable and resourceful problem solver.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses.
