Job Summary: Are you a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service? As a Client Credit Associate (CCA) at Fidelity Bank, you will be responsible for soliciting new loan customers, preparing and submitting loan applications, and ensuring the disbursement of approved loans.

Our sales culture is aggressive and fast-paced, offering incentivized targets to reward high performers. This position is available in Nassau, Exuma, and Eleuthera Islands in The Bahamas. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Solicitation and Sales to New Loan Customers: Actively seek and engage new clients. Conduct meetings with new and prospective clients regarding loan applications and other credit matters. Prepare applications for loans, overdrafts, and credit cards. Manage the renewal process for existing credit facilities. Restructure past-due loans with salary deduction reinstatement and active charge-off loans. Prepare and submit assigned reports. Participate in campaigns to promote loan products and services.

Requirements/Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent vocational training. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs. Ability to work in a self-motivated environment with minimal supervision. Strong ability to identify and engage potential loan customers. Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships. Proficiency in analyzing financial data and preparing credit applications. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Clear and effective communication skills for client interactions and report preparation. Benefits: Competitive salary.
