About The JobThe Client Data Referential Administration Officer’s main mission is to be in charge of Third Party and Business Group data input in Entity Referential Systems at data origination and update all along the lifecycle while being aware of the relevant actors and process responsible for providing the dataThe Client Data Referential Administration Officer will also perform Level 1 controls and corrections on Third Party & Business Group data, correct process on the entire scope of Third Party & Business Group data and be Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for local actors contributing to Third Party & Business Groups data management and the RMPM teamYour Main Activities AreManage the RMPM Third Parties & Business Groups Life CycleInsert and update new Legal Entities and Business Groups in Entity Referentials Systems, based on their annual reviews or any triggering eventProvide support to Client Vision and Cerise UsersCorrect Third Party data on a daily basis in Entity Referential SystemsCorrect data issues and inconsistencies arising from the RMPM central control moduleCorrect data inconsistencies and discrepancies while integrating the Group reference data from the bidirectional feedCorrect data issues arising from local and central teamsManage RMPM actors jurisdictions and rights locallyTraining of users to RMPM documentation and processesCreate and review of RMPM users jurisdictions and rightsPrepare Third Party data quality certificationFill in the B2 Certification asserting RMPM data quality in respect with local processes defined by the Referential Officer and the local ManagerProviding support to Client Vision and Cerise UsersProfile And Skills To SuccessBachelor’s degree in International Relations, Law or any related filedUp to 2 years of professional experience in Administrative SupportFluency in English, both oral and writtenGreat organizational skills with a committed and proactive approachGreat attentiveness to detail and sense of responsiveness and quality of serviceWhy joining BNP Paribas?
