As part of Publicis Groupe, our savvy data capabilities, cutting-edge tech, and strategic expertise facilitate genuine connections, allowing brands to reach consumers wherever they are.OverviewFor our Client Development team based in Stockholm, we are now looking for someone who can work strategically & commercially with a client portfolio comprising of Nordic & Global brands. As a Client Development Manager you’ll work closely with the Client Development team to manage and strategically grow client accounts, as well as support publisher relationships. You will analyze client needs, develop growth strategies and maintain strong relationships with publishers, monitor project success, and continuously improve collaboration. Your data analysis skills will help deliver targeted recommendations for account development.ResponsibilitiesManaging a diverse portfolio of brands and helping them grow through affiliate marketingBuilding and strengthening client relationships, through regular meetings and giving strategic adviceConnecting the right publishers and partners for your clients and managing these relationshipsRegular monitoring and reporting of program and campaign performance to clientsPerformance tracking and analysis: monitoring key KPIs, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, and supporting new business developmentQualificationsAt least 1-2 years of affiliate marketing experience, alternatively account management or customer success management experienceStrong customer orientation and communication skillsUniversity graduate. Preferably in either e-commerce, marketing, business or a related fieldExcellent command of English, Swedish is meritoriousProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerpointOther valued competences:Knowledge of additional languagesUnderstanding of fundamentals of Digital channels, tracking online consumer behaviour and digital technology.
