We are investing.What you get to do:Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business development and increase market share regionallyCreate and nurture strategic relationships with customers, prospects, and corporate partners to drive profitable growthResponsible for individual sales targetServe as a thought leader in the community and social media, providing market intelligence and identifying opportunities for business expansionUtilize automation and cutting-edge solutions to provide exceptional customer experiences and fulfill client commitmentsMaintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and market trends to drive sales effectiveness and revenue growthEncourage and foster adoption of new tools, technology, and process changes to enhance sales performance and client satisfactionWhat you need to bring:Minimum 7+ years of staffing industry experience highly preferred, with 2+ years in management or enterprise Business Development Demonstrated sales experience with a proven track record of surpassing performance targets Ability to anticipate and adopt innovations in business-building digital and technology applicationsCompelling leadership abilities to inspire and influence team members and peersStrong strategic thinking, business acumen, and entrepreneurial mindsetExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable presenting to and influencing C-level managementSelf-motivated with a drive for success and the ability to generate new business to meet sales targetsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage complex client situations effectivelyProficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
