Opportunity to lead our Financial Institutions and Professions division for NSWWork collaboratively across our broader Specialties Solutions segment to drive growth and deliver exceptional risk advisory and broking servicesPosition will suit an experienced Financial Lines broker with exemplary leadership skillsThis position offers the opportunity to drive growth by ensuring consistent and high-quality performance in retention, acquisition, and service delivery throughout the Financial Institutions & Professions portfolio in NSW.Client Director NSW - Financial Institutions & Professions (FI&P)The Financial Institutions & Professions (FI&P) vertical is the largest division of the Specialties Solutions segment. The FI&P team provides insurance and risk advisory services to clients in the financial and professional services industries specializing in complex, high risk and regulated companies. Aon brings together risk and human capital to deliver industry insights, data and analytics, risk consulting, advice and insurance solutions to our clients to support their business goals and aspirations.As a Client Director, you will oversee the FI&P portfolio and focus on achieving consistent acquisition, excellent retention and delivery across NSW.Aon is in the business of better decisions At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What The Day Will Look LikeYou will be responsible for:Partner with the Managing Director and Sales & Growth Strategy leads to manage internal channel distribution relationships and drive strategic sales initiativesIdentify and convert new business opportunities, lead tender responses and proposals, and contribute to the growth and retention of Aon’s FI&P portfolioOversee open market placement activities, ensuring alignment with go-to-market strategies and compliance with broking standardsProactively managing a portfolio of Financial Institutions/Professions clients, including the strategic management of client relationships at a senior levelDeliver a client-centric, cross solution line approach to servicing clientsMonitor and interpret industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments, sharing insights with internal and external stakeholdersParticipation in key speaking opportunities at industry events to raise awareness of Aon’s brand and capabilities in the Financial Institutions/Professions spaceManage P&L and margin performance for assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment with financial goals and strategic targetsLead and support operational changes, embedding agile practices and modern tools to enhance efficiency and client outcomesCoach and lead a high-performing team, supporting career development, performance management, and succession planningMaintain strategic relationships with insurance carrier partners in all key markets and negotiate appropriate risk transfer solutions based on individual client risk profile.How This Opportunity Is DifferentAs an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title.
