Right now we are looking for an experienced Client Director to lead across three large brands.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As our Client Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, including handling briefs, navigating challenges, coordination of client management plans and ensuring clear communication across all interactions. You will be able to proactively identify opportunities to expand services provided across the agency. As well as client relations, you will also oversee internal briefing and timelines, and be responsible for quality control of outputs. You will handle campaign analyses and will be partially responsible for achieving group budgets and driving business development.WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...6-8 years of experience with client relationship management and client services in the advertising industryExperience overseeing ATL and BTL campaigns for tier 1 client accountsClear written and verbal communication, and the ability to speak persuasively and confidentlyAbility to understand client objections, challenge assumptions and develop solutionsSkilled in time management and organisationUnderstanding of budgets and ability to recognise growth opportunitiesUp-to-date awareness of media and technology trendsKnowledge of all clients, strategy, design, partnership & SBU planning systemsTO BE CONSIDERED...Please apply by clicking online or emailing me directly at charli.daher@searchability.com.auFor further information please call me on 0480 561 233.
