Ecommerce Manager - Melbourne - $120k-$150k+Super

The Company:Australian owned national distribution business are in huge growth mode with the potential for multiple hires across the different areas including finance, E-commerce, sales and operations are looking to make a key hire for a Ecommerce Manager to join the business.With the head office based out of North Melbourne this is an office based role with some flexibility but not a core hybrid or WFH environment.About the role:We need an Ecommerce Manager to join the team and be the go-to person across business sales performance and revenue. You will be responsible for managing marketplaces, overseeing email marketing and campaign builds. You will drive ecommerce performance and be able to implement your own processes.Requirements:Expert experience of eCommerce (Ads, funnels, product testing)Strong Shopify experience (themes, apps, landing pages, optimisation).Tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager etcProven success in driving online sales and share growth.Confident in managing external partners, budgets, and performance optimisation across multiple channels.Great communication and influencing skills, able to bring people on the journey.Bonus:Salary - $120,000-$150,000+SuperAble to implement own processesGrowth - Business looking to double in 2 years (current head count is 30)Budget to make changes
