Client Onboarding Specialist

We’re looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to be a key player in our Vilnius team. You’ll be the steady helping hand for new clients taking their webshop international - the one who ensures a smooth, reliable and well-structured onboarding journey.You will support our sales team by onboarding the clients they bring in and work closely with teams across the company, including Sales and Operations, to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with a variety of teams, this is your chance to make an impact from day one.Day to day responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:Play a key role in the client’s onboarding journey, taking ownership from handover by the Sales team through to the successful launch of their webshop in a new marketTechnical set up for customer service solutionInternal and external project planningFlow of information between departmentsOngoing optimisation of the onboarding process of projectsYou 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ Professional background that would be a huge advantage:Experience in e-commerce or related industriesProject management experienceComfortable with IT systems and technical toolsSkills And Personal QualitiesFluent in English, both written and spokenA true team player, always keeping clients’ success front and centerThrive in organising projects, taking full ownership of planning and delivering on timeStrong scheduling and time management skillsTech-savvyClear, confident and engaging communicatorCritical thinker with a knack for solving problemsWhat’s Next…Qualified candidates will be contacted by our People & Culture Manager to kick off the recruitment process.
