Skills And Requirements– Graduate in Business Admin or related field with experience in administrative support functionProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other products ofGoogle– Strong verbal & written communication in both Lao and English– Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure– Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks– attention to detail– Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information– Data entry experienceJob DescriptionHuman Resources– Responsible for advertisement vacancies, recruitment, and interview process– Record candidates in the proper folder so the team leader can access– Onboarding new joiners on their first day at work– Follow up with employees on their probation, priorities setting, mid-year and year-end review, and support information to the management team– Stay up to date on learning topics and share trending learning topics with employees– Support all employee’s activities– Collect & record employee data (recruit/resign), learning hours, and other costs related to employees.– Prepare for meetings and presentations (online or face-to-face), capture notes in meetings– Organize office files in a way that can be easily accessed and understood by employees– Support in translating some documents or contracts– Coordinate with external companies that relate to business– Send & update any internal news to all employeesSend your CV to: Jobs@loca.la020 98111129
