This is where our Talent Acquisition (TA) team plays a vital role.In the role of Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in achieving the team's primary goal: attracting and hiring the right talent for Vinted while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment, you will implement best hiring practices and collaborate with other team members on various projects. You will focus on supporting our key tech areas, including Engineering, Product Management, Data Science & Analytics, Design, and Research, to ensure we secure the best talent for these functions (note: your specific focus may shift based on business needs).If you're excited to contribute to our team's efforts in supporting our organisation's growth, we would love to meet you.Note. This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract initially.
