Working closely with hiring managers, your main objective will be to identify and recruit the best talent—people who are not only skilled, but who will also thrive and contribute positively to our organization.In the team, we have an amazing international scope with hiring for Lithuania, Poland and Nordics countries. However, in this role, your main focus will be on hiring mainly for Poland. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, skilled at building relationships and has solid problem-solving skills working in a dynamic international environment. Bring your curiosity and openness, and we will support you in efficient onboarding so that you navigate within the Polish market and can operate there effectively.Beyond recruitment, you will have opportunities to contribute to projects and events, bringing your creativity and innovative ideas to the forefront.Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where you will have a chance to work up to 2 days per week at home)."We believe that the most valuable asset is human potential."You will:Provide best-in-class, group-wide talent acquisition experience, including interviewing and assessmentAssist hiring managers in identifying their staffing needs, advising them on talent attraction and sourcing strategies, consulting on all talent acquisition-related matters, and ensuring a positive candidate and manager experienceBuild effective relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the growth of the Polish siteCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition and other HR teams on strategic projects focused on organizational development and employee growthActively participate in candidate pipeline development, employer branding activities, and various recruitment events to ensure that Danske Bank’s hiring needs are metEngage in continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practicesAbout you:At least 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or RecruitmentProficient Polish language skills (verbal and written)Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to initiate and build relationships across all levels of the organizationProficient in planning and coordination skills, coupled with a great sense of ownership and problem-solving skillsAbility to understand business needs, adjust and prioritize your work accordinglyA team member who is willing to contribute to projects and various recruitment initiativesAdvanced knowledge in English and Lithuanian, completed by effective communication abilitiesGood knowledge of Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systemsPrevious experience hiring internationally (would be seen as a benefit)We offer:Monthly salary range from 2640 EUR to 3960 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).Additionally, each Danske Bank employee receives employee benefits package which includes:Growth opportunities: professional & supportive team, e-learnings, numerous development programs; (incl. professional certificates); 100+ professions for internal mobility opportunities.Health & Well-being: a diverse, inclusive, work & life balance work environment; additional health insurance; mental well-being practices; partial psychologist counselling compensation; silence and sleep zones at the office; game rooms.Hybrid working conditions: Work from home up to two days a week; home office budget (after the probation period); modern Danske Campus workplace developed with anthropologist for the best employee experience.Additional days of leave: for rest, health, volunteering, exams in higher education institutions, and other important activities.
