We deliver personal, adaptive, and valuable digital experiences utilizing proprietary solutions including paid and organic search, content generation, data & and insights, social media management, structured data and feeds, performance display, mobile strategy, video, and conversion optimization.As a Performance Specialist, you will execute campaigns from start to finish. From setting up accounts to uploading keywords, and enriching strategies with actionable insight, you'll be involved every step of the way.But that's not all – you'll also be responsible for making sure our campaigns follow the best PPC practices out there. We're talking about staying on top of industry trends, optimizing campaigns to hit performance goals, and keeping a close eye on the budget.And when it comes to reporting, you'll be the go-to person for turning raw data into actionable insights. With your keen analytical skills, you'll provide valuable recommendations to improve campaign performance for our clients. You will report to our Performance Team Lead.You will:Manage major digital advertising purchasing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Adform, DV360, etc.). Develop strategies and tactics to enhance campaign performance and organization. Ensure campaigns follow the best PPC practice guidelines. Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals. Generate raw data for performance reports and offer insightful analysis to drive actionable outcomes. Manage budget pacing and allocation effectively. Provide valuable insights on campaign performance and industry trends. Qualifications:Proven experience in executing PPC campaigns across various platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Knowledge of Search Engines, Display, Paid Social advertising platforms, analytical and third-party tools. Good knowledge of Excel. Up-to-date knowledge of PPC industry trends and best practices. Good organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. You are into the latest developments in digital, constantly curious about what's new, and up to speed with industry development and opinions in the press. You can see the big picture without losing sight of small details and you never stop finding ways to make things better.We Offer:Full-time permanent position at our office in Vilnius. The salary range from 2700 EUR gross. Health insurance package. Primarily office-based work with remote work option 1 day a week. Two wellness days and two volunteering days per year.
