Activation / Reactivation SpecialistWe are expanding our Sales team and looking for a driven Activation/Reactivation Manager to join our growing project.About the Role:Your main responsibility will be to activate new users and re-engage inactive ones from our database. You will serve as a key point of contact, guiding users through available promotions, encouraging initial actions, and providing basic support during onboarding.Responsibilities:Experience in a similar role (Activation, Reactivation, Account Management, or Customer Engagement).Conduct outbound calls and communicate via messengers with new or inactive users.Manage interactions and track progress through a CRM system.Explain promotion rules and bonus mechanics in a clear and simple way.Motivate users to complete their first actions within the platform.Issue incentives as part of activation/reactivation workflows.Provide initial customer support and handle basic inquiries.What We Offer:Full-time position with a stable workload.Performance-based bonus structure.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Supportive and dynamic team culture.
