Legal Counsel (Chinese & English)

职位描述：1、负责公司及其他区域涉外法律文件的起草、修订和审核；2、负责公司及其他区域涉外贸易、投资项目的谈判参与和法律意见书出具；3、接受公司委托，代表公司处理涉外案件、纠纷；4、主导或参与公司涉外法律研究和法律培训；5、参与集团合规政策、制度及流程在子公司/分支机构落地；6、执行公司交办的其它法律、合规事务。职位要求： 1、法律本科及以上学历；通过当地法律职业资格考试优先；2、本科2年及以上或硕士1年及以上法律工作经验，有涉外法律实务经验者优先；3、能够熟练使用中文、英文、缅语作为工作语言；4、具备良好的抗压能力、学习能力、沟通协调能力与团队协作精神； Job Description：1. Responsible for drafting, revising, and reviewing foreign-related legal documents for the company and other regions; 2. Responsible for participating in negotiations and issuing legal opinions for foreign-related trade and investment projects of the company and other regions; 3. Accepting company commissions to represent the company in handling foreign-related cases and disputes; 4. Leading or participating in foreign-related legal research and legal training in the company; 5. Participating in the implementation of group compliance policies, systems, and processes in subsidiaries/branches; 6. Carrying out other legal and compliance matters assigned by the company.Job Requirements：1. Bachelor's degree or above in law; Priority given to those who have passed the local legal professional qualification examination; 2. At least 2 years of legal work experience for bachelor's degree holders or at least 1 year for master's degree holders; Priority given to those with experience in foreign-related legal practice; 3. Proficient in using Chinese, English, and Burmese as working languages; 4. Possess strong stress resistance, learning ability, communication and coordination skills, and team collaboration spirit.
