Job Description

We are seeking a creative engine and communication bridge for our company. You’ll be the voice for our clients and the face of our brand on social media, all while juggling a variety of exciting tasks. If you’re the person who loves a good to-do list and gets a thrill from checking off diverse tasks, you’ve found your tribe.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:- Proactively prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through targeted outreach (email, social, calls).- Conduct compelling sales demonstrations and presentations of our platform, tailoring the pitch to address specific client challenges in reputation management, campaign measurement, or market research.- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, building a strong pipeline.- Use our own social listening and media monitoring tools to identify sales opportunities, track prospect company news, and engage with leads intelligently.Marketing & Content-Driven Sales:- Develop a deep understanding of our product pitch decks and case studies, adapting them into powerful sales narratives.- Create and manage engaging content for sales outreach and social media channels (especially LinkedIn) to build your personal brand and generate inbound interest.- Use Canva and CapCut to create quick, impactful visual aids and short videos for sales collateral and social selling.- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback from the front lines, helping to shape messaging based on what resonates with prospects.- Utilize Google Suite to track your pipeline, manage client communication, and report on sales metrics.Content Creation & Social Media Management:- Create, schedule, and manage high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms.- Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely posting.- Design basic visual and video content using tools like CapCut and Canva to support social media campaigns.- Monitor social media analytics, track performance, and provide actionable insights and reports for continuous improvement.- Utilize Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for all content planning, reporting, and team coordination.Qualifications:- You are an excellent communicator, both in writing and in person, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.- You are proficient in Canva, Cap Cut, and the Google Suite.- You have a strong understanding of digital marketing and stay on top of the latest social media trends.- You are a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual who can manage multiples.- You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.What We Offer:- A role where your creativity and curiosity are your greatest assets.- The chance to learn and grow at the speed of tech—we’ll invest in your skills.- A dynamic, supportive team that celebrates new ideas and a good meme.Magnify Myanmar is an equal opportunity employer.
