We’re an innovative tech company launching a groundbreaking AI App that empowers startups and businesses. We’re gearing up for our big debut at Japan IT Week and SushiTech in April 2026!Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic national account manager and customer support who will lead our efforts in Japan. This role will involve traveling across the country, with a primary focus on the Tokyo metro area. Since we are a global tech company primarily in New York City, you will need a professional level of English. You do not need tech or sales experience; we will teach you. We ask that you have experience in the hospitality industry or organizing events.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our app across Japan to new startups.Organize and manage promotional events, workshops, and meetups, particularly in Tokyo.Serve as the main point of contact between Japanese clients and our technical & sales teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.Gather market feedback and work closely with our teams to tailor our offerings to the Japanese market.Qualifications:Professional level of Englishexperience in organizing events or in the F&B or hospitality industry.Strong network and understanding of the Japanese market.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel and organize events across Japan.
