Job DescriptionPosition Title: Supervisor – Client Service Employment Type: Full-timePosition OverviewWe are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Supervisor – Client Service to join our team at ANS CREATION Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving business development, overseeing project execution, and ensuring quality service delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.Key Responsibilities1. Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.Build and maintain long-term relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.Address client inquiries, feedback, and issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities and pursue sales leads.Conduct market research to understand trends and client needs.Develop strategies for client acquisition and engagement.Support in achieving a revenue target.3. Project & Job ManagementLog and track client service jobs systematically.Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.Monitor project progress and maintain detailed records.Ensure timely execution of ATL and BTL campaigns aligned with client briefs.4. Campaign & Event CoordinationManage and oversee client events from planning to execution.Coordinate ATL (TV, radio, print, outdoor) and BTL (activations, promotions) campaigns for maximum ROI.Collaborate with creative and production teams to meet brand guidelines and client expectations.5. Media & Digital ManagementExplore media opportunities and negotiate competitive rates.Oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns and analyze performance.Provide strategic insights and performance reports to clients.6. Billing & Payment ManagementPrepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.Follow up on payments and coordinate with the finance team.Maintain accurate financial documentation.7. Reporting & Performance ReviewSubmit monthly reports on client performance, sales progress, and campaign outcomes.Participate in regular performance reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Achievement of revenue and sales targets.Timely and quality delivery of all client projects.Client satisfaction and retention rate.Campaign effectiveness and ROI.Timely reporting and internal communication.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role (preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.Work ExpectationsMust be available as per business requirements, including during off-hours if necessary.Willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities and company priorities.Expected to uphold professional conduct and contribute positively to the company culture.How to ApplyInterested candidates may submit their updated resume and a cover letter to hr.ansco@gmail.com with the subject line: Application for Supervisor – Client Service.
