This role is designed for someone passionate about delivering world-class service by assisting clients and internal teams through communication, problem-solving, and project management.You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients achieve success with our products and services, helping staffing companies acquire new clients and supporting job seekers in finding their ideal careersRESPONSIBILITIES:Help Desk. Provide first-level support to clients’ questions about content management, posting jobs, and our services with efficiency and empathy. Requires triage of tickets to categorize and prioritize by asking questions, collecting information, researching, and testing to resolve or escalate to internal teammates or external vendors.Training and Documentation. Provide training to clients and internal teams, including live Zoom sessions and creating resourceful training materials.Project Support. Providing thorough quality checks, proofing, contract creation, and other support-level services to ensure we deliver the best product possible.Project Implementation. Managing short-duration projects and assisting with technical aspects of larger projects.REQUIREMENTS:Excellent communication (written and oral, US English).Proficient with Office365 and WordPress admin experience.AI familiarity (or willingness to learn).Technically savvy – picks up technology quickly and easily (e.g., DNS, hosting, SPF/DKIM, etc.).Strong documentation and process adherence.Quick Learning / Curiosity.Detail-Oriented / Process Adherence.
