Gondaliya CPA (Canada) is a registered CPA Firm based in Toronto Downtown, led by a CPA Canada and CPA USA designated professional with over 12 years of experience in the service industry. Our firm provides Accounting, Tax, Payroll, and Compliance services to small and mid-sized businesses across Canada and the USA.We are looking for a reliable and experienced Client Success Executive – Fully Remote to assist with inbound calls, follow-up communication, CRM updates, and closing small-ticket service deals. This is a fully remote, goal-oriented role starting at 1 hour per day, with time increasing as the company grows. The position focuses only on warm inbound leads from prospective clients seeking our services.Key Responsibilities:• Answer inbound calls from warm leads and professionally capture client needs.• Respond to follow-up emails and maintain timely communication with prospective clients.• Explain services clearly, set expectations, and guide clients through next steps.• Manage and update CRM records with accurate notes and lead status changes.• Maintain a structured follow-up pipeline and ensure no lead goes unanswered.• Track weekly KPIs such as lead responses, follow-ups, booked calls, and conversion rates.• Close high-volume small-ticket service deals by understanding client requirements and offering suitable solutions.• Coordinate internally when needed to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.• Work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain professionalism in all communication.Required Skills:• Strong communication skills for phone calls and written emails.• Ability to understand client needs and explain services in simple terms.• Experience using CRMs (any CRM experience acceptable).• Ability to follow structured processes, maintain pipelines, and track conversions.• Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and closing expectations.• Fast and organized in handling multiple warm leads per day.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.Qualifications and Experience:• Education: Any degree.• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in inbound sales, customer success, business development, appointment-setting, or similar roles for service-based businesses or agencies.• Proven experience handling inbound calls, follow-up emails, CRM management, and closing small-ticket service deals.
