Come Be Part of It at Quest.At Adcorp Group, we’re more than just a Human Capital business we’re a team on a mission to leading workforce solutions company driven to grow people, businesses and economies through connections allowing them to realise their potential.Our values aren’t just words on a wall – they guide how we work, who we hire, and the impact we make.Teamwork: Our values aren’t just words on a wall – they guide how we work, who we hire, and the impact we make.Respect: We respect the feelings, wishes, rights and traditions of our workforce, candidates, clients, communities, and the environment.Customer centricity: We strive to anticipate our customers’ needs and deliver excellent customer experiencesAgility: We act with speed and flexibility to ever changing conditionsDiversity & Inclusion: We welcome and embrace a diverse range of people, perspectives, and ideas.We’re proud of our values-led, people-first culture where bold ideas are celebrated, and every role contributes to building a stronger, more inclusive workforce for South Africa.The Opportunity: Quest :Client Success ManagerTo drive and be fully accountable for efficient and profitable operational service delivery in line with client Service Level Agreements and Pricing SchedulesDuties & ResponsibilitiesOperational and Payroll ManagementOversee end-to-end admin and payroll processes, ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance with all procedures, legislative, and governance requirements.Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing, payment follow-ups, and query resolution in collaboration with finance teams.Monitor financial performance through regular analysis and reporting on client-related metrics.Maintain cost control and profitability within operational parameters.Client and Team CoordinationAct as the key link between clients and internal teams by managing job requisitions, briefing sessions, staffing requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with Client Success and Sourcing Specialists.Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and service excellence.Understand and anticipate client needs to deliver tailored, value-driven workforce solutions.Drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnership growth through consistent delivery and proactive communication.Workforce Planning and ComplianceManage daily staffing levels, timekeeping, inductions, and transport logistics while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements, safety protocols, and operational efficiency across all assignments.Oversee efficient end-to-end admin, payroll, and operational management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to SLAs and procedures.Coordinate job requisitions, staffing, transport logistics, and daily workforce planning to meet client requirements.Compile and deliver accurate reports, maintain complete records, and ensure data integrity across systems.Lead, coach, and develop teams and assignees to enhance performance, engagement, and retention.Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labour legislation.Promote a culture of transformation, continuous learning, and professional development through structured training and succession planning.Desired Experience & QualificationTES experience preferred(White Collar industry)Business development or sales experience in the industryGrade 12NQF Level 5 qualificationDegree in Business, HR or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
