The Clinic Assistant will manage front-desk operations, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assisting patients with inquiries, supporting clinic operations, and ensuring adherence to medical protocols. The role also involves maintaining a welcoming and efficient clinic environment to enhance patient care.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.Experience with Receptionist Duties, including scheduling appointments and managing clinic operations.Commitment to Patient Care and the ability to create a positive healthcare experience.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is a plus.Working hours5 days works, availability to work on the weekends is required to align with business hours.Interested candidates, please send in your resume to hr@thehealthcollective.sg.
