Job Description

The Clinical Audit Officer will report to the Senior Clinical Audit Officer. On certain assignments, the post holder might have to report to the Business Manager and Quality Manager and Data Analyst. The quality team manages Trust quality assurance processes and functions, such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection process, clinical audit and effectiveness, Tendable, Trust policies, NICE guidance, Quality Priorities and annual Quality Account, Quality Committee and Clinical Quality Review Group administration.The role will involve implementation of the annual trust wide clinical audit program and providing specialised advice and support on clinical audit to all professional groups.The Post Holder Will Have To Develop And Manage Systems And Processes To Support And Facilitate Clinical Audit Activity.
