Clinical Instructor

Core Responsibilities: -Assess the competencies of all staff categories within the Nursing Department.Develop an effective mechanism to measure nursing staff competencies, focusing on enhancing skills and knowledge, sharing feedback to improve nursing capabilities.Train nursing staff through different units and roles and organize training programs according to needs.Prepare evaluation forms for professional level and clinical practices.Develop training materials and tools to enhance the training process.Prepare short- and long-term training plans aimed at improving orientation, developing staff, and enhancing safe practices.Submit periodic reports to the Director of Education.Qualification: -Bachelor's degree of nursing.from 2 to 3 Years as Clinical Instructor.
