Medical Sales Supervisor

El Safa Hospital is looking for Medical Sales Supervisor. JD1.    Building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians to increase the referral rate.2.    Attracting new doctors to collaborate with the hospital in order to expand the physician base and increase the volume of medical referrals.3.    Leading the medical sales team and supervising their daily activities to ensure the achievement of sales targets.4.    Training and guiding team members to enhance their efficiency and improve their performance.5.    Preparing regular reports on team activities and sales results, and analyzing opportunities and challenges.6.    Coordinating with the Sales Manager to support the achievement of sales objectives.7.    Monitoring market competition and providing recommendations to enhance the hospital’s competitive advantage.8.    Submitting the required periodic reports highlighting performance indicators and results of the medical sales teamSkills:1.
