Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering evidence-based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and experience in administering psychological assessments, as well as strong report-writing skills.What You'll DoDevelop and implement individualised treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on CBTDevelop specialised clinical care pathways in line with the evidence base and best practiceProvide individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtuallyParticipate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiativesCollaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plansWork closely with our 24/7 helpline responder team to manage risk, ensure the safety of clients in crises, and provide crisis interventionsDevelop and implement SOPs for risk management and clinical procedures, and train providers on these processesMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records by professional and legal standardsContinuously update professional knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education and professional development activitiesAbility to provide after-office hour care (Monday to Friday 6 pm to 9 pm, Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm).
