The Clinical Scrub Technician will assist surgical teams during operations, ensuring the proper preparation, care, and sterilization of surgical instruments. Responsibilities include preparing operating rooms, maintaining a sterile environment, passing instruments to surgeons, and handling medical equipment safely and efficiently. Attention to detail, adherence to protocols, and collaboration with healthcare professionals are key elements of this position.QualificationsProficiency in maintaining a sterile environment and utilizing surgical instruments appropriatelyStrong understanding of clinical procedures, surgical protocols, and medical safety standardsEffective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare staffAbility to handle medical equipment and perform technical tasks with precisionTime management skills and ability to work in high-pressure environmentsPrevious experience in surgical or clinical settings is advantageous but not requiredFlexibility to travel and possess a valid driving license and vehicle
