We’re Hiring: Sales EngineerSales Engineer (Location: Johor & Melaka)Industrial Gases and Industrial ProductsWe are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our client’s team in both Johor and Melaka. This role involves managing existing customers, developing new markets, and providing technical support to help clients improve their operations.Job Responsibilities • Grow sales within existing accounts • Identify and develop new business opportunities • Provide technical recommendations to support customer needs • Prepare quotations, follow up with customers and handle enquiries • Conduct product demonstrations together with the technical team • Gather market and competitor information • Support tender submissions and pricing proposals • Monitor outstanding payments and assist with debt collection • Achieve monthly and annual sales targetsRequirements • Good written and spoken English • Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage • Degree in engineering, science or business • Minimum one year of B2B corporate sales experience • Experience in the following areas is an advantage: – Industrial or specialty gases – Semiconductor or electronics customers – Industrial equipment or technical products • Good communication, negotiation and customer-facing skills • Able to work independently and meet targets • Willing to work in Johor or MelakaWhy This Role • Opportunities to work with established industrial clients • Supportive team and company training • Exposure to new markets and customer segments • Performance-based incentivesHow to Apply Please send your updated resume and indicate your preferred location (Johor or Melaka).
