Company DescriptionKlaar Modular designs and builds premium garden and leisure spaces — Scandinavian-made domes and modular pods crafted for calm, quality, and year-round comfort.Our clients are typically entrepreneurs, marina owners, hotel operators, and homeowners looking for architectural outdoor spaces that truly stand out.We’re expanding rapidly across Europe and are now looking for skilled multilingual sales closers to join our distributed team.Role DescriptionAs a Sales Closer, you’ll speak directly with warm, pre-qualified leads — people who’ve already requested brochures or consultations for our modular garden and leisure products (average sale €8,250 +).Your goal:Build rapport quickly, understand client intent, and guide them toward a design consultation or reservation.Follow a proven system using our CRM and call tools.Communicate clearly and confidently with professionals (owners, CEOs, hospitality managers, yacht/marina operators).Maintain structured notes and follow-ups.This is a remote, commission-based position — ideal for an experienced closer or appointment setter who values autonomy and wants to work with a high-value product and a motivated brand team.What we offer:5–10 warm leads per day (no cold prospecting).Commission 5–10 % per closed sale (€500–€800+ standard, multiple units +€2000).Flexible schedule (part-time).Work fully remote, within a modern and organized system.Product you’ll actually be proud to sell — sustainable, high-end design built in Northern Europe.Requirements:Proven experience in closing sales by phone or video (ideally high-ticket, design, real estate, or hospitality sector).Excellent communication and listening skills in at least one of the listed languages (Dutch).Professional tone and ability to engage with high-net-worth clients.Strong self-organization and accountability.Comfortable using CRM or spreadsheet-based lead tracking.Interested?Send us a short message introducing yourself — ideally include:Your language(s)Experience with phone-based salesWe’ll reach out with next steps and a brief test round of warm leads.
