Preferred field of study: Systematic Approach to Complex Challenges: Demonstrate a methodical approach to solving complex issues, showing initiative and a sense of responsibility. Proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word) Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools Excellent understanding of IaaS, SaaS, PaaS solutions and the differences Cloud knowledge, particularly in SAP Cloud Infrastructure, is a strong advantage Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working styleWhere You BelongPlusOne Infrastructure and Solution Engineering is the team behind the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platform **SAP Cloud Infrastructure**.
