Cluster Manager - Warehouse and Logistics

Key Objective of this RoleLead operations and business development across the East & North East cluster.Manage inventory on a day-to-day basis.Oversee inventory, order management, logistics, and supply chain processes.Ensure accuracy, optimal stock levels, and minimal shrinkage at Sankrail warehouse and regional stocking points.Resolve operational bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements.Manage customer support teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and excellent service.Analyze feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and drive growth.Develop partnerships with distributors, transporters, and key vendors to expand regional reach.Identify and pursue sales and business development opportunities to increase market penetration.Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with service providers and channel partners.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine regional strategy.Skills Required8+ years of proven experience in logistics, operations, transportation, and inventory management.Fluency in Bengali and Hindi is mandatory.Strong background in sales, business development, and channel sales.Strong experience in handling transport and inventory.Deep understanding of East & North East transport networks and distributor landscape.Excellent negotiation, leadership, and people management skills.Experience with CRM, ERP, and data analysis/reporting tools.Knowledge of electronics products and industry trends.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel frequently; bike ownership preferred.Track record of improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.EligibilityAre available for full time in Kolkata Sankrail Warehouse.Are willing to join immediately.Perks: Health Insurance, Informal dress code, Friendly culture, Opportunities to grow fast.Skills: sales,inventory management,logistics,business development,transportation management
