Vision & Strategy (The Architect)Fundraising: Lead all capital raise efforts (Seed, Series A, etc.), developing and pitching the corporate narrative to top-tier VCs, strategic investors, and government grants.Corporate Strategy: Define the long-term vision, commercialization roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and key strategic partnerships.Culture: Instill a high-performance, privacy-first, ethical, and collaborative culture.2. Commercial & Growth (The Operator)Sales & Business Development: Drive initial customer acquisition, focusing on key contracts, government agencies, and high-stakes privacy organizations.Financial & Legal: Manage company finances, budgets, and ensure compliance with emerging quantum-era regulations and legal frameworks.Market Positioning: Serve as the chief spokesperson, evangelist, and thought leader, building brand awareness and trust in the quantum security and privacy space.What You BringFounder Mindset: Proven experience in a high-growth startup, with a strong appetite for risk, extreme ownership, and a hands-on approach.Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience (10+ years) in Cybersecurity, SaaS, B2B enterprise software, or a regulated industry.
