Job Title: BI ControllerRemote across GermanyWe are a specialized consulting firm focused on delivering end-to-end solutions in Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management. Our clients transform their financial and operational data into actionable insights through modern technologies like Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and leading CPM tools such as LucaNet and Jedox. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage robust financial and operational dashboards using Power BI, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for key stakeholders. Collaborate with finance, operations, and executive teams to identify KPIs, automate reports, and improve visibility into business performance.
Lead the integration of data from ERP, CRM, and other business systems into a central BI environment. Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with real-time data models and scenario analysis. Creation financial reports and dashboards. Act as a strategic business partner, translating financial data into insights that support tactical and strategic decision-making. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in finance or controlling, with at least 2 years working directly with Power BI or similar BI tools. Deep understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and data modelling. Strong experience in building and maintaining dashboards, DAX formulas, and Power Query transformations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluent German Speaking
