I’m helping Globaltize find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Cold Caller.You'll shape global capital deals from anywhere.Compensation:Provide your expected compensation while applyingLocation:Remote: BelizeMission of Globaltize:"Our mission is to connect businesses with exceptional global talent, fostering growth, efficiency, and lasting partnerships"What makes you a strong candidate:You are proficient in Salesforce CRM, Outbound sales, Lead qualification, HubSpot, Cold calling.You have the potential to develop in Financial services.English - Fully fluentResponsibilities and more:Cold Caller – Business Development.Region: LATAM.Employment Type: Full‐time (40 hours).Salary: Depending on experience.About the Company:A boutique investment‑advisory firm specialising in private capital, real estate, mezzanine and debt placements, and corporate advisory services for institutional and private clients.We seek a dynamic, motivated Cold Caller to help fuel our business development function by generating leads, booking conversations, and supporting the sales funnel for high‑value transactions.Key Responsibilities:* Outbound cold calling to target companies, developers, and investors in real estate and capital markets.* Qualify leads, articulate the value proposition of the client's services, and schedule discovery or introductory meetings with the senior team.* Maintain and update CRM with call notes, prospect data, follow-ups, and outcomes.* Collaborate with the business development and senior transaction team to align messaging and campaign targets.* Achieve defined targets (calls per day, meetings scheduled, pipeline contribution) and refine approach based on feedback and analytics.Must‑Have Qualifications:* Prior experience (ideally 1‑3 years) in outbound sales or cold-calling in B2B, ideally in financial services, real estate, or capital markets.* Strong English verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking to C‑suite or executive prospects.* Self-motivated, resilient, persistent in follow-up, and able to work to targets.* Comfortable working remotely and aligned with U.S. business hours (Americas overlap).* Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and interest in financial services.Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications:* Understanding of real estate capital markets, debt/mezzanine structures, private equity, or institutional investing.* Experience working with international or cross-border prospecting.* Additional language skills or prior work in capital advisory contexts.Why Join:* Be part of a high-performing financial advisory team with exposure to large-value real estate and financing deals.* Remote work flexibility with full-time commitment.* Opportunity to grow into a full sales/business development role as the firm scales.Job benefits:- Fully Remote Roles (work from home)- High Pay- Paid Time Off- Bonuses- Sick / Emergency Days as neededYour potential leader(s):Paula Ebio
