We’re looking for a Collections Agent to join our dynamic Accounts Department. This is your opportunity to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment where your skills and experience make a real difference.The ideal candidate should have strong objection handling skills, numerical proficiency, a good understanding of financial statements and needs to have experience in a call centre environment. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.ResponsibilitiesMaking outbound calls to clients regarding missed paymentsCreating and managing payment arrangementsExplaining the consequences of missed payments to clientsReading and understanding client financial accountsHandling incoming calls related to overdue paymentsDocumenting call outcomes accuratelyIdentifying and reporting trends to managementMeeting or exceeding call center performance metricsParticipating in training and development opportunitiesAdhering to company policies and proceduresPerforming additional tasks as required
