About The RoleBDO is looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Graduate Recruitment Consult to deliver high-impact campus engagement and early careers initiatives nationally. This role plays a key part in attracting top graduate talent, strengthening our employer brand, and creating meaningful connections with university students across South Africa.You’ll own the end-to-end coordination of graduate recruitment initiatives, from campus events and digital engagement to data tracking, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with universities, Marketing, and internal leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesGraduate Recruitment & Campus EngagementCoordinate and deliver national graduate recruitment initiatives and campus eventsPlan and manage the annual university engagement calendarIdentify new campus partnerships and engagement opportunitiesRepresent BDO professionally at all university and recruitment eventsEvents, Logistics & Stakeholder CoordinationWhere necessary, manage end-to-end logistics for recruitment events (venues, catering, access, stock), and coordinate attendance of internal stakeholders (Partners, Managers, Trainees)Support interview days and selection initiatives, including scheduling and briefing packsEmployer Branding & Marketing CollaborationPartner with Marketing on campaigns, branding, and creative initiativesManage graduate recruitment social media content and digital engagement initiativesCreate creative materials for events, campaigns, and student engagementData, Reporting & AdministrationTrack all recruitment dataCreate and manage MS Forms, QR codes, and recruitment trackersMonitor recruitment ROI and prepare post-event reports and insightsMaintain accurate databases and support onboarding handovers to People & Culture teamsBudget & Financial CoordinationCollate information to input into recruitment budget managementCoordinate invoices, POs, and payments with FinanceWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in graduate recruitment, early careers, employer branding, events, or campus engagementStrong project coordination and stakeholder management skillsCreative mindset with digital and social media capabilityHigh attention to detail and strong data management skillsExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple initiatives nationally and work independentlyQualifications And ExperienceDegree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.2-4 years of experience in graduate recruitment, talent acquisition, or related functions, ideally within a professional services or audit environment.Exposure to campus recruitment and/or bursary programs is essential.Strong analytical skills to measure and report on recruitment outcomes.
