Closing on: Mar 17, 2026Role SummaryThe Training Facilitator is responsible for delivering onboarding and ongoing learning across the business’ product portfolio. Through induction, training, and evaluation, the Facilitator ensures that new and existing employees acquire the skills required to meet and exceed approved quality standards. The role includes the design, development, implementation, and facilitation of training and learning interventions. In addition, the Facilitator will prepare, deliver, monitor, evaluate, and document all training activities, including campaign-specific product training and development programmes, as required by the Training & Development, or a related fieldAdvantageous: Assessor / Moderator accreditationAdvantageous: Train-the-Trainer certificationExperienceMinimum 2+ years’ experience in occupational training and facilitationExperience designing and delivering operational training programmesExperience developing training materials, manuals, and course contentExperience facilitating learning for individuals and groupsSkills & KnowledgeStrong written and verbal communication skills (English)Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver content confidently and engaginglyStrong working knowledge of training needs analyses and learning methodologiesKnowledge of relevant labour legislation (e.g., BCEA, LRA, SDA etc)Working knowledge of business operations and operational training environmentsAbility to manage multiple tasks while communicating effectively across teamsWorking knowledge of WSP/ATR and B-BBEE verification processes will be advantageousResponsibilitiesOperational:OperationalConduct training needs analyses in consultation with operations and QA and address training gaps.Consider alternative training methods (on the job, coaching and mentoring, classroom, e-learning).Differentiate between learning objectives, e.g., knowledge, skills, or attitudes.Motivate and inspire trainees by using a variety of learning resources.Facilitate learning in line with policy and best practice to achieve learning outcomes.Conduct learning assessments using a variety of assessment types and methods.Consult regularly with operations to build and maintain working relationships.Coordinate and schedule training interventions (including delegates, venues and resources required) as and when required.Communicate and arrange relevant stakeholders participating in the Induction process of new starters.Print of training material on an ad hoc basis.Where applicable, ensure all required system logins and profiles to be created have been requested from IT.Resource Planning – arrange learner attendance, stationery and venue when necessary.Manage training facility schedule and upkeep.Manage and complete attendance registers.Submit daily training feedback for classroom.Plan, design and conduct structured pre-/in – progress/ post- learning assessments in line with the company/client business requirements.Ensure meticulous and accurate reporting of training records to ensure training evaluations are compliant.Accurate maintenance of Training data and records on all platforms.Responsible for handover process of training documents, from training to Human Resources as well as training to operations.Coordinate, implement and deliver/facilitate product, systems and soft skills training to all areas of business.Own the administrative duties related to training including scheduling delegates, completing attendance registers, and comprehensively reporting on training interventions.Report on training challenges from training intervention sessions, particularly from learners’ experiences and training success.Conduct a formal handover to operations once training is complete.Continuously identify development needs from operational data (complaints, QA scores, and management feedback) that require specific interventions.Conduct any refresher training sessions as and when required.Attend monthly engagement sessions with operational leaders with the aim to understand training gaps and speed to competency on targets.Design and develop alternative training methods if expected outcomes are not achieved.Ensure use of a variety of instructional techniques or formats when facilitating learning, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos or lectures, assessments and e-learning.Conduct one-on-one training when required, to ensure optimal transfer of knowledge and skills.Ensure that trainees complete the post training surveys.Work closely with Business Operations to obtain feedback from client reviews to identify opportunities for training interventions.Provide continuous feedback on performance and training needs to the BU/Department Heads, providing recommendations for further training and development needs.Ensure all submissions concerning WSP/ATR are complied with.Assist the Training Coordinator to accumulate and consolidate all WSP and ATR information, training and documentation as required, monthly and quarterly, to submit annually.BenefitsDigicall offers a range of core and
