The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting with homeowners, contractors, and businesses to provide tailored security door and aluminium solutions that enhance safety, aesthetics, and property value.We are looking for someone who is energetic, confident with clients, technically minded, and passionate about achieving exceptional sales results.Key ResponsibilitiesSales PerformanceConsistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Proactively generate new business opportunities within the residential and commercial markets.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.Client Relationship ManagementBuild strong, long-term relationships with homeowners, developers, contractors, and businesses.Provide professional consultations and recommend security solutions suited to each client’s needs.Maintain excellent after-sales service to encourage referrals and repeat business.Consultative Sales ApproachConduct on-site assessments and advise clients on suitable security door and aluminium solutions.Interpret basic technical drawings and specifications where required.Present product options and benefits in a clear, professional manner.RequirementsMatric / Grade 12Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawingsValid, unendorsed driver’s licenceOwn reliable vehicleStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targetsAdvantageous:Sales or Marketing qualificationExperience in home improvement, aluminium products, construction, or security productsProven track record in external sales
