Job Description

A Collections Specialist's primary responsibility is to manage and collect on past-due accounts by contacting customers, resolving billing issues, and negotiating payment plans. They must maintain accurate records of all collection activities, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with collection laws and regulations. Key responsibilities• Contacting debtors: Reach out to customers with overdue payments via phone, email, or mail to remind them of their obligations and determine the reason for non-payment. • Negotiating payment plans: Work with customers to establish acceptable repayment schedules and negotiate settlements when possible. • Resolving billing issues: Act as a liaison between the customer and internal departments (like billing or accounting) to correct any discrepancies or errors. • Maintaining records: Keep detailed, accurate records of all communications, actions taken, and payments received for each account. • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the status of collections, including progress and outstanding balances, for management. • Compliance: Ensure all collection activities adhere to relevant collection laws and company policies. Key skills and qualifications• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office• Knowledge of relevant collection laws and regulations• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets• Problem-solving and interpersonal skills• Experience in a collections or accounts receivable role is often preferredBenefits:Basic Salary + Bonus for daily jobsPrivate Medical insuranceLife InsuranceSocial InsuranceDevelopment plan and TrainingTransportationThe salary negotiable & will be determined after the interview and depends on the qualifications.📍 Location: Badr City, Cairo, Egypt📩 To apply or inquire, please contact us at:Phone & WhatsApp: 01223255553E-Mail: hr@petrolift.com
