JOB TITLECommercial Associate Manager - Light Household | MAF Retail | Head Office EgyptROLE SUMMARYThe Commercial Associate Manager – LHH (Furniture) is responsible for supporting local stores with sourcing and merchandising activities, as well as sales development through visual merchandising and brand visibility at the point of sale while setting forward estimates for the different buying groups, considering a number of variables, such as selling space, trends, feedback from stores.ROLE PROFILECollaborate closely with store’s team to ensure optimal execution of PlanogramsMaintain contacts with the vendors in order to ensure timely delivery of goods and ensure inventory plans are executed to meet the required standardsPartner with merchants to forecast the future trends and predict exact demand while ensuring that products are delivered on timeLead and oversees the buying requirements and formulate a buying plan and budget for the brand/category and ensures proper monitoring of ordersEnsure accurate execution of in-store visual merchandising standards and guidelinesEnsure promotions and best-selling products are featured in key locations in the storeMaintain detailed knowledge of the products in storeResearch local trade shows to source new ideas in the field of merchandisingREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree in Business or any relevant field2-4 years in a similar position with experience in sourcing for LHH as (furniture or houseware)Product/category/brand knowledgeStrong negotiation skillsExcellent communication and presentationsStrong planning and organizationWHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
