Our company values revolve around being customer-centric, constantly innovating, and fostering a spirit of unity – where we work as one team, one family.About The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and reliable Commercial Cleaner to join our team to service client police station offices and areas. Please note, this site includes active cells that may require intense cleans as well as general cleaning.Classification: Level 1Rate: $29.73 base rate, plus other allowances as applicable. Casual base rate starting at $32.31.Shifts: One day per week, ideally Thursdays, but may be able to be flexible. 3pm-5pmLocation: Two WellsWhat You'll Be DoingClean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including toilets, urinals, dispensers, sinks, mirrorsWaste, rubbish, recycling removalVacuum and wash floors, paying particular attention to corners and edgesDust areas within cleaning scopeReplace and replenish provided supplies, eg. toilet paper, liquid hand soap, bin linersSpot clean walls and other areas as required and remove cobwebs or other unsightly items Monitor cleaning stock levels and communicate with Manager as neededWhat you'll bringHave the right to work in Australia, hold current national police check, and have willingness to apply for SAPOL clearance or other compliance checks Have a driver licence and reliable personal vehicle to travel to place of workPrevious commercial cleaning knowledge and experience would be advantageousAbility to work autonomously, use initiative, and manage tasks effectivelyHigh level of customer service skills with a friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and passion for cleanlinessHave an acceptable level of physical and mental fitnessWhat's in it for you?Regular and reliable shifts, or a casual position - have a say in what suits youAward based pay with zero tolerance for anything lessSupportive and genuine management and respectful work cultureQuality equipment and safe working conditionsOpportunities to grow into senior rolesReady to join us?If you are someone who believes that exceptional customer service should be a standard for every business, values teamwork, and shares our commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!
