Commercial Director – Post Contract | Riyadh, KSAWe are seeking an accomplished Commercial Director (Post Contract) to join our leadership team on a landmark mixed-use real estate development in Riyadh.This is a key strategic role, responsible for leading the post-contract commercial management of a large-scale, high-profile project that is shaping the future of urban living in Saudi Arabia.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all post-contract commercial activities across multiple project components, ensuring value delivery, cost control, and contractual compliance.Oversee contract administration, claims, variations, change management, and commercial reporting.Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary commercial team, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices.Work closely with project leadership, consultants, and contractors to ensure transparent communication and efficient contract execution.Provide expert advice on commercial strategy, risk management, and financial performance.Key RequirementsFluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Proven experience in post-contract commercial management, ideally on large-scale real estate or mixed-use developments.Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in commercial, contracts, or quantity surveying roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.MRICs accreditedStrong understanding of FIDIC contracts, project governance, and cost control principles.Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field; RICS or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to be part of a flagship real estate project in the heart of Riyadh — contributing to one of the most ambitious urban transformation programs in the region.
